Riverbed earns a 5-star rating in the 2023 CRN® Partner Program Guide

Riverbed, a leading company in Unified Observability, has been awarded by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, with a prestigious 5-star rating in the CRN® Partner Program Guide 2023.

The annual guide provides key information to solution providers, including managed service providers (MSPs), value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators and strategic service providers, who need to analyze technology vendors' partner programs to identify vendors that can best support their specific business needs. The 5-star rating is assigned to companies that stand out for their commitment to cultivating solid, effective and advantageous channel partnerships.

For the channel partner community, a critical factor in evaluating which IT vendors, service providers and distributors to partner with to create world-class technology solutions is the level of completeness and quality of the partner programs offered. Key elements such as financial incentives, sales and marketing assistance, training and certification, and technical assistance can highlight a vendor and play a key role in driving long-term growth of partners.

In the 2023 CRN® Partner Program Guide, vendors were evaluated on program requirements and propositions, including partner training, pre- and post-sales support, dedicated marketing plans and resources, technical support and communications.
