ESET, the global European leader in the cybersecurity market, is proud to announce the creation of the new Marketing, Communication and Digital Business division, with the appointment of Mária Trnková as Chief Marketing Officer. This strategic choice, effective June 1, 2023, reflects ESET's commitment to innovation, enhancing partner and customer experiences and strengthening its market presence.
Mária Trnková, previously Vice President for ESET's Consumer and IoT segment, brings with her consolidated experience in creating and implementing effective data-driven strategies. Mária began her professional career at ESET in the autumn of 2016 as Territory Marketing Manager for the EMEA area, where she collaborated closely with the regional teams to define ad hoc marketing strategies. During her six-year mandate, Mária has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, progressively taking on ever-increasing responsibilities and achieving excellent results. In October 2019, you became VP of Consumer and IoT at ESET, serving as an interface to the entire organization. You also worked closely with company management to ensure the definition and effective implementation of dedicated strategies.
In the new role of Chief Marketing Officer, Mária will lead the newly established Marketing, Communication and Digital Business division. This strategic division will enhance ESET's marketing support across all segments, strengthen the brand's position and drive innovation through closer collaboration with technology and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) teams. The key factor in achieving a successful marketing implementation will be close cooperation with regional and local branches, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
