
The HR Innovation Practice Observatory of the School of Management of the Polytechnic of Milan was also awarded the HR Innovation Impact Award 2023
Talentia Software, an international leading company in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large companies, e Bank Ifis, Italian Challenger Bank, focused on Specialty Finance services, collaborated in the implementation of the "IFIS Talent" project, started in 2018 to respond to the need of the digitization bank of HR management and development processes.
Talentia has made available the features of the HCM talentia platform, providing the necessary support in the innovation of staff development, with a more effective user experience, allowing managers to monitor the work of collaborators and the performance of the processes. The project has over the years had a significant evolution relating to the performance management process, which has been integrated with tools for the continuous and mutual exchange of feedback between managers and employees and with gamification tools that favor staff engagement.
The results were positive and led to more objective and coherent performance assessments, to a greater engagement of people and the development of a new exchange and sharing culture aimed at continuous improvement.
The Ifis Talent project, which already in 2019 had won the HR Innovation Awards assigned byHR Innovation Practice Observatory of the School of Management of the Polytechnic of Milan In the "Performance Management" category, he received further recognition on 11 May, during the 2022-23 edition of the event. The Observatory has in fact assigned to Banca Ifis l’HR Innovation IMPACT Award 2023, prize addressed to organizations already winners in previous years of the HR Innovation Award who have evolved their projects over time, with a significant impact on the organization. The prize was awarded to Banca Ifis for the evolution of the project “Ifis Talent” Which, by implementing new features of the HCM talentia platform, has seen a significant enrichment of the performance management process, making it more effective and co-expressed.

In the coming months, the two companies will collaborate in the extension of the continuous feedback tool on both mobile support and integration with the collaboration and corporate communication platform, to make feedback increasingly continuous and contextual to work. Gamification logics will also be expanded to further encourage employee engagement.
