Abstract, an established partner in the world of Information Technology, has announced the launch of Abstrid Store, the Retail solution designed to manage the entire store customer journey end-to-end in a single application, transforming it into a digital tool at the service of the store staff.
Presented at the 23rd edition of Forum Retail, the main technological networking hub for the retail community, Abstrid Store is part of the Abstrid suite and was designed by Abstract professionals for important international groups. It is a complete tool at the service of both the Brand Manager, who enables and encourages marketing strategies, and the store staff, who easily implements the procedures to be adopted.
The solution responds to the main need expressed by Retail today, namely that of exceeding customer expectations through a personalized and immersive purchasing process. “At a time when the relationship with the consumer is everything, the challenge for companies is to leverage the two most powerful tools at their disposal: the Store Associate and digital tools, which work together to produce value,” he explains Paola Rosso, Product Owner of Abstract.
Thanks to Abstrid Store, Brand Managers can regulate discount, credit and freebie policies and activate infinite catalogue, multi-channel sales, clienteling, loyalty programs and promotional campaigns. In this way, it is possible for the Store Associate to follow the entire sales cycle step by step, in the store but also outside the physical store. The application also offers the Sales Assistant a wide range of customizable services to accompany the customer throughout the purchasing experience. Abstrid Store is fully mobile and redesigns the store without the need for a checkout counter.
Equipped with a rich set of administration and management functions, as well as tools that allow standard integration with existing processes and systems in retailers' back ends, Abstrid Store also guarantees compliance with the administrative procedures required in each country for company-owned stores, department stores and franchising. The application is also designed to be adopted in an international context, in compliance with local regulations and taxes.
