Riverbed, leader in AI Observability, presented the most advanced AI-powered observability platform to optimize the Digital Experience and launched several new solutions as well as a unified agent based on the 'open' architecture. By expanding the vast collection of high-fidelity data across the IT landscape, Riverbed's new observability capabilities enable IT to overcome the visibility blind spots of public cloud, Zero Trust and SD-WAN architectures, and remote environments. Riverbed Aternity Mobile, a first-of-its-kind mobile monitoring tool that increases productivity by enabling IT teams to anticipate digital experience issues on mobile devices and take targeted actions. Aternity Mobile is compatible with the entire range of Apple iOS and Android devices and solves the visibility gap on device performance and user experience.
Riverbed NPM+ it is the first of a series of NPM services provided in SaaS mode, for data collection via Riverbed Unified Agent on the endpoint. NPM+ overcomes traditional network blind spots created by remote working, public clouds and encrypted architectures such as Zero Trust environments, extending packet visibility to places in the network where monitoring was not previously possible.
Riverbed NetProfiler, It offers real-time visibility into network traffic and application performance and features new capabilities to monitor SD-WAN health and performance, including for Cisco (Viptela) and VeloCloud SD-WANs.

Premiering in 2022, Riverbed IQ 2.0 is a SaaS-based AIOps service that uses AI-driven automation to correlate real-world data across your IT environment. Riverbed IQ 2.0 replicates and automates IT experts' best practices for additional context, noise filtering, and prioritization, limiting alerts to those with the highest impact. Riverbed IQ 2.0 leverages broader data collection sources, plus a growing library of 170 pre-built Aternity solutions, application integrations, and tools to create custom interventions. Additionally, custom tags and on-demand automation allow IT teams to initiate remediation or schedule it to run.
Riverbed IQ 2.0 follows the recent launch of Aternity Intelligent Service Desk, which increases the efficiency and availability of the service desk and call center to automate and resolve the most common problems. Furthermore, Aternity Intelligent Service Desk allows IT to detect the level of satisfaction of end users by integrating sentiment analysis into remediation workflows, from problem detection to resolution.
