Full business team, dedicated commercial strategy, lots of training and an event for partners, among the new features in 2024
D-Link, a world leader in network and connectivity technologies, presents its strategy dedicated to channel partners for 2024, with important innovations ranging from commercial strategies, to the expansion of the sales team up to training courses and events dedicated to partners.
The commercial and technical team is now complete and has been divided between the Milan and Rome offices to allow the development of a rethought commercial strategy to bring D-Link professionalism and skills closer to partner companies, allowing them to grow further thanks to dedicated support. The commercial network, thus revised, guarantees widespread coverage across the entire national territory.
This is accompanied by training, an essential element for D-Link, which aims to support the training and continuous updating of its partners. In fact, there is a rich calendar of events dedicated to training that is characterizing and will characterize the whole of 2024 with webinars and online certification courses, such as DSS-Online (DSS-Switch Online or DSS-Wireless Online), i.e. courses designed for sales professionals whose focus is on identifying market opportunities and understanding customer needs; the definition of the advantages of D-Link solutions, the value, the proposal, the positioning of the product.
The in-person courses, however, the DCS (DCS-Switch or DCS-Wireless), are dedicated to technical teams to provide the knowledge necessary to best implement D-Link solutions and provide the correct support to their customers - both in the pre- and post-sales phase. In addition to a theoretical technical part, these courses include real hands-on sessions on the products.
New this year is DCS-Connect, a new solution-focused classroom training format Nuclias Connect, designed to combine the concepts of switching and wireless in a single course and provide the knowledge necessary to tackle both technologies. The first session of DCS-Connect was held on 6 and 7 June in Caserta and will be repeated in Milan on 3 and 4 October.
Furthermore, to underline D-Link's commitment to the channel and establish increasingly lasting ties with Partner VIP+ (Value in Partnership+), the company is also planning an exclusive event for a few selected partners, to present the latest D-Link news, the support dedicated to partners, the upcoming technological innovations that best match customers' commercial strategies, and to spend a day together in the name of collaboration, interaction and fun.
