Vertiv, (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has appointed Frank Poncheri as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), who will report to CEO Giordano Albertazzi. He will focus on human resources strategy, development and execution, further consolidating Vertiv's strategic priorities and values.
Poncheri has over 15 years of HR and business strategy experience, with a focus on global people development, talent management and building a high-performing culture. Previously, he held the roles of vice president of HR and corporate integration, divisional director of human resources and various other roles during his 10 years at Owens Corning in the United States and Finland. He began working in HR at GE Aerospace after completing the intensive HR leadership program.
