New AI tool boosts channel partners' performance and efficiency to drive increased cloud revenue
Arrow Electronics, a global technology provider, today announced the availability of ArrowSphere Assistant, an AI-powered copilot tool that helps channel partners optimize their customers' cloud operations when using the ArrowSphere Cloud platform.
“Combining the power of generative AI with the valuable data of ArrowSphere Cloud enables it to go beyond simply answering cloud questions, but to drive channel partners to new levels of cloud service excellence,” said Eric Gourmelen, vice president and chief technology officer of ArrowSphere Cloud and AI globally. “Early adopters have seen the value of ArrowSphere Assistant in delivering greater efficiency, improved cloud performance and even the ability to identify new opportunities with their customers, all while saving hours of work.”
ArrowSphere Assistant provides channel partners with deeper data and visual aids, making cloud management faster, more informed, and more efficient, at scale. It can improve operational processes by reducing the number of clicks and manual data processing. 90% of current users rate the assistant's capabilities above 8 on a 10-point scale, and over 94% of the same users would recommend ArrowSphere Assistant to others.
Arrow introduced the distribution network's first AI business companion to initially address the cloud's most critical business areas, providing channel partners with valuable use cases to identify new business opportunities, improve the efficiency of their FinOps activities, and improve understanding of customers' security posture, all while managing cloud business through ArrowSphere Cloud.
Following the release of the exclusive version in March 2024, ArrowSphere Assistant has been field tested by a global network of Arrow channel partners.
