Vendor integrates endpoint protection solutions with Kaseya VSA
ESET, the global European leader in the cybersecurity market, has announced a major new integration of its protection solutions, this time with Kaseya VSA X remote monitoring and management (RMM) software.
ESET has been working with MSPs for years, developing successful programs such as l’ESET MSP Program, which offers subscription flexibility (pay only for what you actually use, without fixed fees or long-term commitments), co-management (self-management of licenses and subscriptions), and tiered volume pricing (the more licenses sold, the better the unit price), among other benefits.
This experience has allowed the vendor to fully understand the needs of its partners and their customers. These include the need to make workloads more efficient, reduce repetitive operations (“swivel chair operations”) and simplify the use of multiple products, without compromising safety.
Results like this are only achievable through integrations, which ESET identifies as one of the key trends of the moment. As a channel- and partner-focused cybersecurity vendor, ESET provides development and support for key integrations with RMM and PSA tools, now enhanced by the integration of its solutions into the Kaseya VSA
With this new integration, Kaseya VSA X users will also be able to manage organizations using ESET endpoint protection solutions. Essentially, it allows MSPs to deploy and manage ESET Endpoint products directly from the Kaseya VSA
With support for additional workflows, MSPs can set up automatic actions for common scenarios. For example, you can set up a workflow to automatically deploy ESET to a newly configured machine or receive a notification if a threat is detected on an endpoint.

Version 1.0 will support Windows endpoints with ESET Endpoint Antivirus, Endpoint Security or Server Security installed.
