The AI-powered Singularity® platform has been certified in the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) Digital Infrastructure and Cloud Services Registry
SentinelOne (NYSE: S), a global leader in AI-powered cybersecurity, announced that the piattaforma Singularity® has obtained the level 1 (QC1) qualification from the ACN, i.e. the Italian National Cybersecurity Agency, thanks to its Cloud Services Catalog. Strengthened by this important recognition, SentinelOne is now able to provide its cloud services to public and private entities with greater reliability and security. This is the latest in a series of important government certifications obtained by the company.
The ACN certification system is a cornerstone of the Italian regulatory framework on cybersecurity, and is designed to guarantee the security and reliability of IT products and services used by public administrations and national critical infrastructures. Many institutional customers require ACN-certified providers to safeguard sensitive data and infrastructure, and SentinelOne's QC1 certification highlights the company's commitment to meeting cybersecurity and compliance standards.
The Italian ACN qualification comes on the heels of the CCN certification achieved by SentinelOne, the Spanish government's security framework for endpoint protection (EPP) and endpoint detection and response (EDR) platforms. FedRAMP-High authorization was then achieved for Purple AI, CNAPP and Hyperautomation, the first for a cyber AI analyst to achieve High authorization, as well as the first for a unified platform to offer complete EDR, SIEM and CNAPP functionality. Singularity by SentinelOne has also obtained GovRAMP-High certification and IRAP “Protected” status, guaranteeing the platform's compliance with the Australian Government's cybersecurity standards.
“Obtaining this certification from the Italian ACN confirms SentinelOne's commitment to providing reliable, AI-based cybersecurity solutions to the Italian PA,” said Paolo Cecchi, Senior Sales Director of SentinelOne's Mediterranean Region. “This recognition consolidates our capabilities to support the Italian public sector, offering agencies and their partners the autonomous and unified protection fundamental to being able to defend themselves from today's increasingly sophisticated threats.
