Innovaway, azienda italiana specializzata in servizi e soluzioni IT avanzate per imprese e Pubbliche Amministrazioni, ha portato la propria esperienza sul palco del “SITS – Service Desk & IT Support Show”, il principale evento europeo dedicato ai professionisti dell’IT Service Management, che si è concluso ieri a Londra, confermando l’intelligenza artificiale agentica come frontiera strategica per il settore.

Innovaway ha preso parte alla sessione “The Intelligence Revolution: How Agentic AI is Rewriting IT Operations”, organizzata da HCLSoftware – sponsor dell’appuntamento -, condividendo il percorso di trasformazione del proprio modello di service delivery con l’adozione di una soluzione evoluta di AI-powered automation, unita al modello A2I (Augmented Agentic Intelligence).

Nel corso dell’intervento, Innovaway ha anche illustrato i vantaggi della migrazione verso una piattaforma AI-native, capace di centralizzare la gestione di una parte rilevante dei suoi clienti e ridurre le inefficienze e la dispersione operativa.

Al centro della case history, il superamento dell’approccio reattivo “Break-Fix” a favore di un modello “Predict & Prevent” grazie a un framework di governance end-to-end in cui agenti AI e competenze e conoscenze umane operano in sinergia, abilitando velocità, scalabilità ed efficienza senza compromettere il controllo e la qualità dei servizi. Un’evoluzione che testimonia l’attenzione di Innovaway verso l’integrazione dell’AI agentica nei modelli di service delivery, ma mantenendo il valore del fattore umano al centro dell’esperienza di servizio.
