Presentata nel corso dell’evento Acronis Accelerate: The Journey to Autonomous IT, the new features build on a series of major product releases since January 2026 and advances Acronis' vision for an AI-native operating environment where engineers, business teams and AI agents can work together within a single, natively integrated platform.
Acronis organizes its AI-native strategy around the framework “By AI, With AI, For AI”: using AI to accelerate secure product development; integrate AI, intelligence and automation into the services MSPs use every day; and enable partners to secure, manage and automate services for increasingly AI-driven customer environments. Rather than adding separate AI capabilities to disintegrated products, Acronis is building these capabilities on its AI-native Acronis Cyber Platform.
"AI-native is not simply a slogan for Acronis. It is the design principle we have adopted for our platform, and it is the approach that guides how we develop and manage our products and help partners manage and grow their business," said Jan-Jaap Jager, CEO of Acronis. "Our goal is to offer MSPs a single environment where people and AI agents can work together securely, transparently, and at scale. The products Acronis is releasing this year bring this goal to life."
From AI-based assistance to autonomous execution
Acronis expands its AI-native platform with new innovations designed to help MSPs reduce operational complexity, identify new business opportunities and automate increasingly complex workflows. The new generation of Acronis Cyber Platform brings together four interconnected features: Acronis Cyber Console, a single AI-native workspace for MSPs that integrates protection, management, automation and infrastructure; Acronis Cyber Intelligence, an actionable intelligence layer that provides visibility into operations, customer contracts and protected endpoints, helping to identify service gaps and revenue opportunities; Acronis Service Desk, with autonomous workflows for ticket management through automated enrichment, analysis and remediation; Acronis Cyber Studio, a space to create and control deterministic and agentic workflows via natural language, maintaining visibility, governance and control over execution.
Together, the capabilities help MSPs improve operations from greater visibility and AI-assisted decisions to proactive intelligence, workflow automation and governed autonomous execution, reducing the complexity and context switching of managing separate AI, service desk and automation solutions.
“The AI opportunity for the channel is already here, but seizing it will require partners to invest in the journey, without waiting for specific direction,” noted Rob Rae, Corporate VP of Community and Partner Experience at Pax8. “Acronis is providing platform, intelligence and automation to help MSPs operate more autonomously and lead the new era of managed services.”
A new infrastructure and migration path for service providers
Acronis Cyber Frame now offers integrated migration workflows to help partners move workloads from VMware and Microsoft Azure to Cyber Frame Cloud or Cyber Frame Local, supporting a gradual migration and controlled transition. This additional feature gives MSPs and cloud service providers the choice between Acronis-hosted Cyber Frame Cloud and partner-hosted Cyber Frame Local.
During the event, Paul Maritz, former CEO of VMware and former chairman of the Acronis Board, highlighted Cyber Frame as a platform for MSPs and organizations looking to modernize or migrate their infrastructure. “Acronis Cyber Frame is a cloud offering designed for MSPs and intended to be sold through MSPs,” Maritz said. "It's an integrated platform with built-in infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, security, remote access and automation. It's the most complete solution option, easy to manage, and gives customers a great migration path from where they are today."
The foundations for autonomous IT
Since January 2026, Acronis has expanded the platform with four major releases: Acronis Archival Storage, Acronis MDR by Acronis TRU, Acronis GenAI Protection e Acronis Cyber Frame. Together, they extend the platform into areas such as long-term data retention, managed threat detection and response, AI governance, and secure infrastructure, powering automated MSP operations.
Support open source software development with Constructor Fabric
Separately, at the event, Acronis joined Constructor Group and Virtuozzo in announcing Constructor Fabric, an open source software delivery project under the Apache 2.0 license, governed by the independent Constructor Fabric Foundation. Constructor Fabric is an open source AI fabric for Software as a Service that enables AI to define, build, and use end-to-end software with reusable components, operational automation, and integrated productivity measurement and insights capabilities.
Constructor Fabric is available to all Acronis partners and customers, enabling them to design and develop secure, reliable, and cost-effective applications, as well as customize and extend the Acronis platform to suit their specific needs.
