Talentia Software triple turnover by 2022 thanks to SaaS solutions

The company presents the development plans to triple revenues by 2022 by focusing on:
New positioning, development of international business, unified and complete platforms for HCM and CPM, development of a partner ecosystem

Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for the management of company performance in the economic-financial and human resources area, communicates the growth strategy for the next three years based on expansion and acceleration of the Saas model, aiming to increase the turnover of 21% and triple the sales of software as a service solutions.

"The Cloud offer will represent over 30% of our revenues by 2022" - highlights Pierre Polette, CEO of Talentia Software from October 2018 - "And by that date we should reach a total turnover of 80 million euros, obtaining a growth of 21%, in just three years. Talentia has all the resources to become leader software for HCM and CPM platforms for medium -sized companies. Our promise is to simplify complexity in the management of human resources and financial companies, offering Saas solutions and unified platforms capable of integrating automation functionality. (Robotic Process Automation), artificial intelligence and chatbot applications.

New positioning and renewal of the brand

The first step of the Talentia strategy is to clarify its positioning having as its company benefited from a significant growth in the last 10 years and having to redefine the company's own DNA. This means refocalizing on companies that have an average capitalization and on the development of unified platforms around two business areas: human resources and finance, starting from the management of personnel and the consolidated budget, which represent the historical activities of the company, with the aim of making it easier to manage the growing complexity of human resources and the financial department within medium enterprises.

The renewal of the brand with a single brand, as recently announced, characterized by a new, younger and dynamic visual identity, is an essential step of the talent transformation strategy.

The new management, which flanks Polette, highlights the acceleration promoted by the company, which began with the arrival of the new CEO last October, to which were added the appointments of: Philippe Perier, CTO; Claude Lesterlin, CFO; Béatrice prick, CMO E Xavier Daguzan, COO Francia.

Business development internationally

Talentia è ben radicata nell’Europa meridionale e prevede di rafforzare la leadership in questo mercato, sviluppando poi la presenza in altri territori come Germania, Svizzera e Canada, dove ha iniziato recentemente ad operare. Oggi, il business internazionale rappresenta già il 30% del fatturato di Talentia e la sfida sarà quella di raddoppiare questo valore, arrivando a totalizzare, entro il 2022, il 60% dei ricavi fuori dalla Francia. A tal fine, Talentia prevede di aumentare le proprie persone del 15% entro il 2022 rafforzando i team di vendita, marketing e R&D.

Unified and complete platforms for human resources and financial teams

To help medium-sized companies to win the new economic, structural and environmental challenges in the HR and Finance field, Talentia is developing integrated, complete and innovative platforms that can benefit from "all-in-one" solutions and that allow them to optimize business processes and manage activities on the basis of reliable data. These are two platforms with value services in which Talentia integrates revolutionary technologies of Robotic Process Automation, chatbot, artificial intelligence: The HCM platform, which includes Core HR solutions and for the management of recruitment, talent development and compensation processes; The CPM platform Composed of budget solutions, financial and patrimonial planning, budget consolidation and reporting.
