Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large companies, has announced the enrichment of its HR platform with electronic signatures compliant with eIDAS standards at different security levels.
The digitalization of HR is becoming mandatory and HR departments are accelerating the automation of their processes. As a result, the need to offer employees an optimized HR path is also growing.
Based on this observation, Talentia has decided to offer an electronic signature solution compliant with the eIDAS regulation at different possible security levels. To make it happen, he collaborated with Connective.
Talentia's goal is to go further and offer companies the simplification and digitalization of human resources administrative activities, thus avoiding manual and paper-based processes. Recruitment, onboarding, outboarding, Management by Objectives, performance, compensation and periodic interview processes are optimized for greater employee satisfaction and improved HR productivity.
The electronic documents are made available to Human Resources in the employee portal where they can be signed with a valid signature for all purposes. The file then follows a validation process through a defined workflow.
"The search for optimization of HR processes is accelerating. The electronic signature of HR documents, and more particularly of employment contracts, is spreading and the partnership between Connective and Talentia is part of this approach. Offering validated electronic signatures on our HR platform is essential to make the employee experience more fluid. We chose Connective because we were looking for an electronic signature solution compliant with national and international regulations (eIDAS, GDPR, UETA, eSIGN Act, ...), which was easy to implement, white-label and intuitive for users. Connective was the only solution that met all these criteria. We already offered a simple signature process on our portal, but more and more HR managers were asking us for an electronic signature with legal value, but many companies have not yet adapted to it", he explained. Béatrice Piquer, Chief Marketing Officer of Talentia Software.
"In the current healthcare context, it is important to be able to provide companies with dematerialization or transition solutions from paper to digital and the combination of Connective and Talentia solutions makes this possible. We are pleased that a company like Talentia has chosen our solutions to integrate them into its HR platform", he declared Clément Savoie, Head of Customer Success di Connective.
