The manager, who has important experience in CA and Avaya, will support Ivanti in the development and consolidation of sector leadership
Ivanti Inc., provider of the Neurons automation platform that discovers, manages, protects and supports IT assets from the cloud to the edge, continues its development and appointment strategies Dennis Kozak Which Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective April 25, 2022. The manager will oversee Ivanti's marketing activities, global sales, customer experience and operations. Ivanti, the company, which enables and secures the Everywhere Workplace, is backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., TA Associates and Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC (together with affiliates “Clearlake,” “TA” and “Charlesbank”).
Kozak has developed a successful track record of driving sales, establishing world-class partnerships and integrating acquisitions, achieving operational excellence through innovation and growing internal culture. The entry of the manager ensures Ivanti added value which will facilitate the company in its growth strategies and in the diffusion of the new Everywhere Workplace approach.

Kozak has over 25 years of experience managing business strategies and aspects while developing relationships to advance the organization's goals. More recently the manager held management roles at Avaya and, before that, he spent 23 years at CA Technologies, where he led the main directions such as Global Sales, Global Channel Sales & Strategy, Sales Operations and Global Transformation to implement a range of cutting-edge solutions. Kozak's experience, vision and focus represent the perfect combination to ensure Ivanti's growth.
The IT channel skills acquired by the manager over these years will allow the Ivanti partner program to be further developed. As head of Avaya's global channel program, Kozak contributed approximately 70 percent of total revenue, developing global sales and channel strategy, driving revenue growth, and supporting the success of an extensive global network of partners, distributors and resellers. Additionally, it has developed support programs to hire, train and facilitate all avenues of partner market entry for on-premises, private and public cloud solutions.
