Organizations must protect themselves from constantly evolving vulnerabilities and cyber threats, a situation that has become more complicated with the Everywhere Workplace. Ivanti Neurons for UEM combines unified endpoint management with a comprehensive patch management solution to support organizations' zero trust strategies and employee technology management. Ivanti's Neurons for UEM platform enables IT teams to manage devices – from Windows to macOS, iOS to Android to IoT systems – so employees can work securely in the Everywhere Workplace. It also proactively protects devices and repairs them using AI-based automation through a single pane of glass.
The Forrester study found that by using the Ivanti platform, customers can reduce costs through:
- automated onboarding and provisioning,
- restoration of unused software licenses thanks to improved inventory,
- Increased security through automated patch management
- Increase end-user productivity through automated self-healing and retirement of other endpoint management tools.
Additional unquantified benefits include vendor service/support, powerful imaging capabilities, and improved communication between operations and security teams.
An Ivanti customer and manager specializing in infrastructure services and endpoint provision in the food sector, interviewed for the TEI study, said: “We consider Ivanti to be our 'ERP of IT'. We are excited to be able to integrate solutions and modules with a single supplier, rather than having to purchase individual solutions.”
Another customer, a public sector IT specialist also interviewed for the report, highlighted: "We have tried to use the automation offered by Ivanti as much as possible and we are thrilled that this can encompass the various departments. Furthermore, being able to take advantage of such a high level of automation has allowed us to reduce the multiple implementations and overheads due to the application of patches and the maintenance of the related devices. We have gone from being able to view data and statistics we have at our disposal to verifying whether they have actually been patched or not".
"The UEM solution is the key to implementing hybrid and remote working that has never been more critical for organizations. We are proud to have supported all industries in addressing the growing demands of IT, providing greater security and management to the complexity of today's hybrid and remote working environments to allow people to work from anywhere," he said Nayaki Nayyar, Presidente and Chief Product Officer at Ivanti. "We believe this is further confirmation of our vision and strategy. We will continue to innovate, offering increasingly automated solutions with self-healing capabilities to further support organizations in ensuring contextual and personalized digital experiences for their employees."
