In the first Gartner Market Guide on the DEX, Nexthink is awarded the recognition of 'Representative Vendor' and underlines the strong attention of companies to issues related to improving the digital experience of collaborators

Nexthink, leader in digital employee experience management (DEX) software solutions, has been included in the 2022 Gartner® Market Guide dedicated to Digital Employee Experience tools. The report aims to help digital workplace teams understand the available features and navigate among the best tools on the market.

As Gartner comments in the report, “The demand for objective measurement and continuous improvement of the digital employee experience is growing dramatically. The shift to hybrid working, investments in the digital workplace, financial pressures related to inflation, the frequency of software updates and the “Great Resignation” have certainly had an important impact”.

“Before the pandemic, only 49% of technology leaders considered DEX an essential part of their business, but today 96% agree that a best-in-class DEX is a top priority.
