A former executive at VMware, Cisco and Uhana, Beall brings decades of experience in sales, customer relationships and business development to Cohesity
Cohesity, a leader in innovative data management, today announced the appointment of Kit Beall as Chief Revenue Officer. A business development and enterprise tech expert, Beall brings more than 30 years of high-level experience and deep expertise in software, cloud, security, artificial intelligence (AI) and managed services to Cohesity. In the new role, Beall will use his extensive international experience to oversee all sales and partner management functions globally.
Prior to joining Cohesity, Beall was Senior Vice President of Global accounts and Telcos at VMware, where he was responsible for managing, growing and advising VMware's largest and most strategic global accounts, including some of the company's key verticals, such as financial services. Previously, Beall served as Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President of Global field sales at Uhana, an AI platform for 5G mobile networks, which was later acquired by VMware in 2019. Beall also spent 12 years at Cisco, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales for Cloud and Managed Services at the company, which grew from 25 to 50 during that time billions of dollars in revenue.
Beall has a strong reputation for helping customers and partners achieve business objectives, embracing technology and cloud services that can play a key role in addressing the most critical business challenges. He is also known for his ability to build and develop diverse, high-performing teams.
