Nexthink's many years of experience in AI and ML is enhanced by Nexthink Assist to promote workplace monitoring

Nexthink, leader in digital employee experience (DEX) management software solutions, presents Nexthink Assist, the first AI powered virtual assistant for Digital Employee Experience (DEX). Nexthink Assist promotes greater observability of the digital workplace by integrating large language models (LLMs) with Nexthink core technology and the pre-trained AI generative “natural query language” model to make IT analytics even easier to manage with understandable, non-specialist terms.

What can Nexthink Assist offer IT teams?

  • Nexthink's generative artificial intelligence system translates a question expressed in natural language into a request to the system. For example, “Recover all devices that crashed in Outlook” and “Which users in the London office are having audio quality issues with Teams today?”
  • Make platform exploration easier, accelerating diagnostics and troubleshooting with real-time device-based analytics for IT teams.
  • It provides guided product assistance to train new hires on digital strategies for the digital employee experience and provides the best path to get started.
  • Support in preparing and setting up employee engagement surveys to eliminate hassle in the digital workplace.
  • It allows you to build customized dashboards into which you can insert data with excellent visualizations.
  • Allows you to set intelligent alerts that tell IT in real time the information of most interest.
  • Analyze DEX scores to determine and act on employee needs.

Customer information is kept private and secure, results are generated without the need to transfer data to third-party companies.

With the largest R&D team in the DEX studio, Nexthink has an established roadmap for continuous innovation with AI and is committed to helping organizations move from reactive IT problem solving to proactive IT management. Nexthink Assist will be available to Infinity customers starting July 2023.
