The proposal is divided into two different types of service designed and created by the Tuscan MSP to simplify the management of large batches of company devices
HiSolution, Managed Service Provider (MSP) specialized in technological solutions in the fields of VoIP, UCC, networking, security and IT solutions, which provides end-to-end services with NOC support including level I and II Help Desk to the customer, inaugurates 2024 with a new managed service dedicated to the security of mobile devices.
HiSolution HiMobile, this is the name of the new proposed service, was designed and created to simplify the management of large batches of company devices (i.e. app management, policy regulation, blocking and limitation of device functionality) and includes protection against attacks, potentially harmful software such as ransomware and malware, phishing, the theft and disclosure of data.
The service is based on Sophos Central MDM (Mobile Device Management) technology, an EMM-UEM (Enterprise Mobility Management – Unified Endpoint Management) solution that natively integrates with a market-leading next-gen endpoint security platform and supports the management of Windows 10-11, macOS, iOS and Android devices. HiMobile ensures the end customer an end-to-end service with a customized sizing phase, proactive device monitoring and update management, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
HiSolution HiMobile is offered in two offer levels: Manage e Protect.
HiMobile Manage is designed for MDM applications and the management of batches of mobile devices, while HiMobile Protect combines MDM applications with the most advanced security features.
In detail, the HiMobile Manage service takes care of the management of the devices and installed applications, with a periodic check of the update level of the agents on the devices and the control of the good "health" of the configured policies. The service includes a dashboard available to the IT Manager for complete visibility of the environments. Added to this is the creation of detailed reporting and the management of the resources used by the customer.
HiMobile Protect integrates the offer with protection against malware and ransomware and harmful web content with advanced detection, protection and remediation (XDR) activities.
The support and control services for both types of service are entrusted to Hisolution's NOC (Network Operation Center). Proactive assistance is a distinctive feature of Hisolution's managed service, which within its NOC has certified technicians who constantly monitor the company environment on multiple fronts, identifying potential threats early and intervening promptly, to guarantee the customer reliable and proactive protection.
"HiMobile was designed through an analysis of the customer portfolio, followed by market research and the observation of IT managers, who do not have time for the management of company devices and security. The crucial importance of security was understood to prevent damage to the company infrastructure -, he says Luca Salvatori, Product Manager of HiSolution. – The close collaboration between the delivery, marketing and sales departments has played a fundamental role in the development of the service which offers dedicated consultancy to define the best strategy, implement the service and provide proactive support. HiMobile has allowed IT Managers to save over 85% of their time, demonstrating the tangible value of this new approach to corporate device management and security."
"The topic of IT security has now become essential for companies of all sizes. The speed with which cyber threats evolve must be addressed with suitable and cutting-edge tools and services and this also applies to mobile devices which, nowadays, are just as much work tools as classic PCs - he explains Luca Coturri CEO of HiSolution. – Our mission is to be responsible for the technological serenity of companies, which is why we create services to enable, simplify and manage their digital and technological evolution path. The provision of HiMobile services represents a further step in this direction.”
