Cohesity Gaia will integrate with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, offering customers deep AI-powered insights
Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered security and data management, announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to help organizations securely harness the power of Generative AI and data using NVIDIA NIM microservices and integrating NVIDIA AI Enterprise in the Cohesity Gaia platform.
Cohesity Gaia, the company's comprehensive collection of patent-pending artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, will offer NVIDIA NIM and other technologies as part of a consolidated, multicloud, enterprise-class data platform, with generative AI solutions ready to deploy.
The latest fundraising initiatives implemented by Cohesity have also led NVIDIA to become a new investor.
Cohesity Gaia's integration with NVIDIA AI Enterprise will benefit customers by giving them direct access to the latest AI capabilities to streamline operations, provide greater understanding of security risks, and create greater value from data. These features include:
- The ability for customers and partners to build high-performance, domain-specific Generative AI models based on data managed by Cohesity using NVIDIA NIM. Thanks to this powerful combination, Cohesity customers can refine large language models (LLMs) with their own data and adapt them to the “voice” of the brand.
- A tool that allows customers to query their data through a Generative AI assistant to gain insights from the data, such as information on deployment, configuration, security and more.
- The ability for Cohesity and NVIDIA developer and partner ecosystems to leverage Cohesity secondary data. This means ecosystem partners can build generative AI applications that provide even deeper insights to customers based on their data. Customers will be able to make data available securely and easily to partners and developers.
With NVIDIA NIM, Cohesity Gaia customers will be able to add Generative AI to their data backups and archives.
