The agreement includes distribution of the full suite of Trellix products in 17 countries in EMEA
Arrow Electronics, a global technology provider, announced it has expanded its distribution agreement with Trellix, a global cybersecurity company and manufacturer of advanced detection and response (XDR) systems. Arrow will distribute the full suite of Trellix products in 17 countries across EMEA.
Trellix was born in 2022 following the acquisition by the parent company of the commercial activities of McAfee and FireEye. Trellix has combined the endpoint, cloud, collaboration, data and user, application and infrastructure security capabilities of both brands. The company's focus on machine learning and process automation in threat detection and response ensures security technology can adapt and continuously acquire insights to combat the most advanced threats.
“We are committed to redefining the future of cybersecurity,” he said Luca Brandi, EMEA channel director of Trellix. "Our solutions protect thousands of businesses, giving them confidence in the protection and resilience of their security practices. Arrow's experience supporting channel partners and their market expertise broadens our reach, bringing effective detection, recovery and response to more businesses in Europe and the Middle East."
Mike Worby, head of strategic alliances di Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions Business in EMEA, said: "In an increasingly dynamic world where cyber attack threats continue to multiply, this enhanced agreement with Trellix provides our pan-European customers with a comprehensive portfolio spanning endpoints, messaging services, data protection, networks and cloud services. We look forward to working with the Trellix team to help grow our channel partners and help them deliver more reliable cybersecurity solutions to businesses across the EMEA region."
In February, Trellix unveiled the new Xtend Global Channel Partner Program, designed to support greater profitability, engagement and growth for channel partners like Arrow through the adoption of Trellix XDR at scale.
